1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Alongside cookies, web apps also use “local storage” and “session storage” to remember information between visits. In this policy we refer to all of these as “cookies” for simplicity.
2. How we use them
Ambicast is a business tool, and we keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal. We use them to keep you signed in securely, remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme), record your cookie choice, and remember which screen a player device is paired to.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
3. Cookies we use
| Name | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|

4. Categories explained
- Essential — required for the Service to work (for example, signing you in). These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences — remember choices you make, such as your theme.
- Analytics — help us understand product usage in aggregate. We only set these where you have consented, if and when we introduce them.
5. Managing your choices
You can update your cookie preferences at any time using the button below. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the Service.
